Setting up a skincare routine is essential if you want to have consistency in your skin. Match your skincare routine with a body one. Exfoliate your body twice a week and always remember to moisturise after bathing. Moisturising products are always a good idea from lipsticks to deodorants they will keep your skin soft and smooth!
Try and remember that even with skin that's in great condition there are other factors that effect spots like hormones. Some people will get spots at certain times no matter what. Also bear in mind that drinking alcohol and smoking is detrimental to your skin.
If you struggle to stick to your routine then make sure you leave all of the products next to the sink. That way you'll be reminded when you brush your teeth. If you find that your skin condition levels out or declines after a while then try switching brands - your skin can get used to particular products.
